There are seven organizations that receive support through the Atlas Alliance's framework agreement with Norad in the period 2020 - 2024. These seven Altas organizations implement development assistance projects in five thematic areas and contribute to improving the rights of persons with disabilitites in a total of 15 countries and regions in Africa and Asia. The organizations have expertise in their respective fields based on decades of experience from disabled persons' own struggle for rights in Norway. Their close and long-term collaboration with local partner organizations means that development assistance projects are targeted and based on local knowledge and priorities.
